Creatine360 offers an easy way to supply your body with creatine monohydrate. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise – such as repeated sprints during a football match. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of creatine.

The creatine monohydrate it contains is a natural compound that the body uses for energy supply. It is stored in the muscles as creatine phosphate. Especially in sports with short, powerful intervals such as football, your requirement may be higher than what you take in through a normal diet.

Creatine is one of the most researched dietary supplements. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g.

Creatine is particularly relevant for vegetarians and vegans, as it is mainly found in meat and fish as natural sources.
