The shipping costs listed under “Shipping” apply. The products are usually ready for dispatch within 24 hours. Shipping partner is Swiss Post for Switzerland and Swiss Post or DHL for the EU area.

The shipping costs for Switzerland and Liechtenstein are (for the EU area see shipping ):

• A-Post (1-2 days) package CHF 10.50 CHF
  
• B-Post (2-5 days) package CHF 8.50 CHF
• Free shipping for orders over 90.00 CHF (with B-Post) or reduced shipping for 6.90 CHF (with A-Post)

2nd order

The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding application, but rather a non-binding online catalog. An order is considered an offer to the online shop to conclude a contract.

After submitting the order, the customer automatically receives an order confirmation by email. This shows in detail that the order has been received by the online shop. After receiving this confirmation of receipt, the customer can no longer change the orders; the order is legally valid.

The online shop reserves the right to reject orders in whole or in part. In this case, the customer will be informed and any payments already made will be refunded. Further claims are excluded.

2.3 Availability

Items available in the shop are constantly compared with our supplier. If a product is no longer available after the contract has been concluded, the customer will receive a credit in the shop or a refund for the unavailable item. The order with the available products remains contractually valid.

2.4 Refunds

Refunds due to a product no longer being available take up to 30 days. If desired, a credit can also be made in the shop where +10% will be credited to you. Refunds must be claimed within 60 days, otherwise only a store credit will be issued instead of an account refund.

2.5 Return Policy

Complaints about defects must be made in writing immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. Returns for exchange or credit can only be accepted if they are in perfect condition and in the original, undamaged packaging. Notifications of defects do not release you from making payment on time. If the buyer proves there is a defect, we will provide a replacement using defect-free goods. Incorrect deliveries do not release the customer from returning the goods complained about postage paid.

2.6 Cancellations

Cancellations must be made within 3 days.

3. Payment

Payment for the goods is made in advance (postal, bank, TWINT, TWINT "pay later", credit card and PayPal). 360Football Training GmbH reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.

Unfortunately, payment by sending cash or checks is not possible. We exclude liability for any losses.

4. Transfer of ownership

Unless the contract provides otherwise, the purchase price is due when ownership of the goods is transferred to the purchaser. The customer has no right to compensation or termination of the contract due to late delivery.

5. Offer and prices

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT. All offers and prices on the website are non-binding and without guarantee. Errors or changes to the goods as well as their information and prices remain reserved.

6. Complaints

Complaints due to defects or incomplete or incorrect delivery must be reported to us in writing immediately, no later than 20 days from the invoice date.

7. Product information

The product descriptions can be viewed in German on every product page in the online shop and are marked with all the necessary information according to LGV. If anything is unclear, the product may not be taken at one's own discretion without an express explanation and explanation from an employee of 360Football Training GmbH or by viewing the respective product information.
