The carbohydrates in the form of fructose and maltodextrin not only replenish glycogen stores, but the high-dose amino acid complex (protein) is specially tailored to leucine and lysine. This specifically meets the needs of footballers who follow a vegan or vegetarian diet.
1050g (15-30 servings depending on dosage) with Ice Tea Peach flavor. After a game or intensive training, take 70g of powder (two not quite full measuring spoons) with approx. 300 to 700ml of water.
Tips:
