How to take Clear Whey360
Add 1 scoop (25 g) to 500 ml of ice-cold water and shake briefly. Best after training or a match – or as a light protein snack between meals. As a guideline, footballers need 1.4–2.0 g of protein per kilo of body weight per day, spread across their meals. A shake helps you reach this without big portions.
