Pregame360 is the football booster from 360Football – a pre-workout developed not for the weight room, but for 90 minutes on the pitch. Switched on from kick-off, focused through to the final whistle, without the jitters and without a slump at half-time.
What a booster does in football
Many players need twenty minutes to get into the game – exactly the phase in which decisive goals are often scored. That is where a booster comes in: it helps you to be switched on from the very first minute. Unlike classic bodybuilding boosters with high caffeine doses, Pregame360 is dosed so that you can get through a whole match at an even level.
Ingredients
Caffeine & guarana – for alertness.
Citrulline malate – an amino acid popular in sports nutrition.
Ashwagandha – an adaptogenic herb traditionally used in Ayurveda.
Ginseng – a root traditionally used in Asia.
Carbohydrate complex – a source of quickly available carbohydrates.
When and how much to take
Dissolve one serving in water about 30 to 45 minutes before kick-off or the start of training, so that it kicks in during your warm-up. For evening matches, take your individual caffeine tolerance into account – if you are sensitive to caffeine, try Pregame360 in training first rather than on match day.
FAQ: the football booster
Is a booster allowed for club players?
Yes. Pregame360 in the flavour Mixed Berry is listed on the Kölner Liste® (Cologne List) and is regularly tested externally for selected doping substances.
From what age?
Because of its caffeine content, we recommend Pregame360 from the age of 16. For younger players, sleep, nutrition and hydration make a far bigger difference – you will find practical guidance in our football blog.
Does the booster make you nervous or jittery?
The dosage is deliberately designed for the demands of a match, not for a maximum caffeine kick. If you are very sensitive to caffeine, start with half a serving.
Can I combine Pregame360 with creatine?
Yes, the two complement each other well: the booster is taken on match day itself, while Creatine360 works through full stores and daily intake. You get both together in the Power Pack.
