When and how much to take
Dissolve one serving in water about 30 to 45 minutes before kick-off or the start of training, so that it kicks in during your warm-up. Is a booster allowed for club players?
Yes. Pregame360 in the flavour Mixed Berry is listed on the Kölner Liste® (Cologne List) and is regularly tested externally for selected doping substances.
From what age?
Because of its caffeine content, we recommend Pregame360 from the age of 16. For younger players, sleep, nutrition and hydration make a far bigger difference – you will find practical guidance in our football blog.
Does the booster make you nervous or jittery?
The dosage is deliberately designed for the demands of a match, not for a maximum caffeine kick. If you are very sensitive to caffeine, start with half a serving.
Can I combine Pregame360 with creatine?
