Starter Pack – Supplements for Footballers

This supplement, developed specifically for footballers, is designed for your preparation before training or a match.

We all know those days when we feel tired and drained – that is exactly what Pregame360 was made for. It provides carbohydrates as a source of energy and contains caffeine, so you are ready for your session even on demanding days.

• Caffeine: One of the most widely studied ingredients in sports nutrition worldwide. Pregame360 contains a dose designed for use before training or a match.
• Carbohydrate complex: A blend of fructose and maltodextrin as a source of energy for the match.
• Guarana extract: A natural source of caffeine that complements the caffeine content.
• Ashwagandha: A plant extract that is currently being studied in research, including in relation to mental aspects.
• Citrulline malate: An amino acid compound that is popular in sports nutrition.
• Ginseng: A traditional plant extract that rounds off the formula.

For exact quantities, see the product images on the Pregame product page.

• Selected ingredients from sports nutrition for footballers.

After an intense matchday, your energy stores are depleted. Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. Recover360 combines carbohydrates with essential amino acids for your post-match routine. Magnesium also contributes to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Recover360 is a vegan (as well as lactose-free and gluten-free) post-game shake, developed under the motto "360° recovery". Developed in line with current knowledge on nutrition for footballers, it offers an all-in-one recovery drink with:

1. EAA complex: Essential amino acids (EAA) are the building blocks your body cannot produce itself.
2. Carbohydrate formula: Fructose and maltodextrin as a source of energy. Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.
3. Minerals: A range of minerals for after intense physical exertion, including magnesium, potassium, calcium, iron and zinc. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

For exact quantities and all ingredients, see the product images.

• All-in-one solution: Combines carbohydrates, essential amino acids and minerals for after training or a match in a single formula.
• No need for separate supplements: Saves you buying several individual supplements for after exercise.
• Vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free
• Commitment to clean sport: Our Recover360 is regularly tested for selected doping substances.

Also good to know:

The carbohydrates in the form of fructose and maltodextrin replenish your glycogen stores, and the amino acid complex (EAA) is specifically formulated with leucine and lysine in mind. This makes it a good fit for footballers who follow a mainly vegan or vegetarian diet.

1050g (15-30 servings depending on dosage) with Ice Tea Peach flavour. After a match or intensive training, take 70g of powder (two not quite full scoops) with approx. 300 to 700ml of water.

Tips:

• Take it as soon as possible after training or the match.
• If the session was not particularly intense, one scoop (approx. 35g) may be enough.
