In short: The 360Football Massage Gun is a compact percussion massager for footballers: brushless motor up to 3200 rpm, 7 mm amplitude, 4 levels, 4 attachments and around 6 hours of battery life – small enough for your kit bag.
It was developed for footballers who want to activate their muscles before the match and relax them after intense training sessions or games.
This product line, made specifically for footballers, was developed by nutrition experts together with the founders of 360Football. Since 2017, 360Football has specialised in performance development for footballers.

How to use the massage gun in football
- Before the match: 30 seconds per muscle group on level 3–4, mainly calves and thighs – as part of your warm-up.
- After the match: 1–2 minutes per muscle group on level 1–2, working from bottom to top: calves, hamstrings, glutes.
- In the evening: gently stroke your legs on a low level.

Safety notes
- Do not use on the spine, head, front of the neck, joints or directly on bones.
- Do not use on fresh injuries, bruises, inflammation, open wounds or with pain of unclear cause.
- With thrombosis or vein problems, during pregnancy, with a pacemaker or other health issues, consult a doctor first.
- Start with light pressure and do not massage one spot for longer than 2 minutes. Please follow the user manual.

About 30 seconds before the match, 1–2 minutes per muscle group after the match.
Which attachment for what?
The ball attachment works well for calves, glutes and neck, the flat attachment for large muscles like the thighs and for the lower back next to the spine.
How long does the battery last?
Around 6 hours. It charges in about 3 hours via USB-C.
